This work was created for La Pena’s inaugural Santa Cecilia exhibition. It shows Santa Cecilia welcoming a driver into the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. It’s a mysterious, starry musical , night. Printed from a hand-carved linoleum block, inked, and printed on Lenox 100 (250 gsm). Printed on a Takach etching press. All archival materials. Due to this printing process, some minor variations in ink consistency and texture may occur from print to print. Prints are titled, numbered, and hand signed by the artist in pencil.
